Therapy

  • Life can be overwhelming. Maybe you’ve been carrying more than anyone realizes. Juggling responsibilities, trying to stay strong, or feeling like you’re supposed to “have it all together.” The truth is, you don’t have to do this alone. Therapy is a place where you can slow down, be heard, and start to heal.

  • I support individuals who are navigating:

    • Anxiety, stress, and overthinking

    • Depression or feeling “stuck”

    • Pregnancy and postpartum changes and the challenges of parenthood

    • Grief and loss

    • Relationship struggles and boundary setting

    • Life transitions and identity shifts

Whether you’re walking through something new or addressing unhelpful patterns, therapy can help you move toward balance and clarity.

  • Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering tools and insights to help you see things in new ways. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build healthier patterns, and create practical steps that fit into your real life.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental. Sessions may include reflection, gentle challenges, and skill-building. We will always move at a pace that feels safe for you.

  • Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it’s your first time. Here’s what you can expect:

    • Sessions are typically 50 minutes and held weekly (with flexibility as we go).

    • You’ll have a supportive, confidential space to share what’s on your mind.

    • We’ll set goals together and revisit them as you grow.

    • Over time, you’ll leave sessions with both insight and practical tools to use outside of therapy.

  • If you’re wondering whether therapy could help, the best way to find out is to start a conversation.

If you’re interested, please contact me to initiate an intake so you can ask questions and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit.

FAQs

Do you take insurance?

I am currently contracted with Kaiser Southern California. Many clients choose to pay out-of-pocket and, if eligible, use a superbill for reimbursement. I’m happy to walk you through your options.

What if I’ve never been to therapy before?

That’s completely okay! Many of my clients are first timers. My job is to make the process feel safe, clear, and supportive. You don’t have to know exactly what to say or where to start because we will figure that out together.

How long are sessions and how often do we meet?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and most clients begin weekly. As therapy progresses, some people move to biweekly or monthly sessions depending on their needs and goals.

Do you offer virtual therapy?

Yes! I offer secure online sessions for clients who prefer the convenience and comfort of meeting from home. If you’re local, we can discuss options!

How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?

Finding the right fit is one of the most important parts of therapy. That’s why we start with an intake. It gives us a chance to connect, answer your questions, and see how it feels before committing. I’m a big fan of shopping for therapists because the most important thing is for you to feel safe and comfortable in this process!
